Prosim rules!

I did some changes about rules, bold text=changed, rules should be like this:

Main Settings:
- Search and Destroy
- Round Length: 3 mins
- Bomb Timer: 45 Seconds
- Plant Time: 5 Seconds
- Defuse Time: 7.5 Seconds
- Round Length: 12 Rounds
- Round Switch: Every Round
- Health: Half
- Perks: On/Off (if on look under the text)
- Killstreaks: Off
- Friendly fire: On

Other rules:
- 1 Sniper, 2 AR:s and 2 SMG:s per team. If it's 6vs6 then 2 Snipers
- No Attachments.
- Perk 1 - Bandolier
- Perk 2 - UAV Jammer
- Perk 3 - Deep impact
- No Stuns.
- No Cooking Grenades.
- No Light Machine Guns.
- No Shotguns

Guns Allowed:

Assault:
- AK-47
- M4 Carbine
- MP44

SMG:
- MP5
- AK74u

Snipers:
- M4A03
- R700

Maps:
- Blacklot
- Crash
- Crossfire
- District
- Strike
- Vacent

I love perks...ie. Bando, UAV jam, deep impact w/ half health, but it's a disgrace that anyone would want 3min round lengths. Should play as fast as possible with 2.3min round lengths.
